I am based in North Carolina. I generally operate within Rocky Mount, Raleigh and Greenville but I am willing to travel outside of these areas. Depending on the distance of your desired destination, a travel fee may be added. Please reach out and I can give you an idea of what that may look like.

We offer a wide range of photography services, including portrait photography, family photography, event photography, and more. We specialize in capturing meaningful moments and creating stunning visual stories.

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

Make sure you schedule your birthday photo session 2 weeks before your birthday due to editing purposes.

Photoshoot will begin and end at scheduled time.

Please be on time to your appointment or you will risk the appointment being cancelled or time being limited. After 10 minutes passed, a $100 late fee will apply to your balance. After 15 minutes your session is CANCELLED.

I WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF IT AFFECTS MY NEXT APPOINTMENT.

Clients are premitted one rescheduled session if rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours prior to the session. After one rescheduled session, any further rescheduling request will require an additional fee of $100 to hold your spot. If you choose to cancel your session or event with AJA Rainbow after deposit is made, or you pay for the full session, your deposit or session will not be refunded.

You will receive one or two photos as a sneak peek within 24-48 hours. Your whole gallery will be delivered via email within 21 days for regular sessions, 30 days for small events, and 60 days for large events.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

To book a session you must pick an available date, read over and sign a contract, and pay a non-refundable retainer (amount depends on session type). No dates will be reserved until the contract has been signed and retainer has been paid.

Depending on your session type, an additional person may be necessary. If I feel its something that you need for your session, I'll let you know. If I haven't reached out to you about it please always ask first before just showing up. The atmosphere of your session is really important to me, and I want to ensure we don't have too many distractions so that I can provide top notch service.

For all sessions (excluding mini sessions) you pick the location! Sessions can be done anywhere outdoors or in the comfort of your own home. Have no idea where you might want to do the session? No worries, I will be more than happy to give your ideas or pick the location for you if you prefer.

Some of my best sessions are with the toughest children, lol. In fact, you probably can’t tell but a lot of the children in photos show up unhappy. I do have several tricks up my sleeve to help them feel comfortable and all sessions allow a little time to warm up.

If they are absolutely not feeling it, we CAN reschedule.
